Design
A bus rapid transit system for the often gridlocked Ghanaian capital, inspired by similar systems in cities such as Bogota and Curitiba.
Designed in conjunction with FAM Architekti and artists Kofi Setordji and Akwele Suma-Glory, the colourful bus terminals incorporate traditional Ghanaian fabric motifs into a playful but functional modern aesthetic.
The system will handle up to 120 buses an hour.
