A scheme of 72 houses and flats designed by EOA and Levitt Bernstein Architects (LBA) on the site of the former Lordship Lane Lido, near Broadwater Farm Estate. Whilst the masterplan was created jointly, each practice designed separately within that framework for a distinct client.
EOA's design was of 25 houses and flats, for Ujima Housing Association. Created in polychromatic brickwork and uniform paintwork of dark blue, the 2 storey / 2 bedroom house designs are a "contemporary take on almshouses". The flats combine the corner sites to create a dynamic plan form and fenestration.
LBA completed the remaining units for Circle 33 Housing Association.
